Oyo Govt, ICMPD & AFI Hold 3-Day Meeting on Youth Empowerment Project

Oyo State Government through the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, begins  A 3-day stakeholders planning meeting between the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and Africa Farming Innovative (AFI) on the Implementation of The Youth Empowerment and Reintegration Project (YERP) in the State. Starting today, at the Golden Tulip Hotel, in Ibadan.

The project which is supported by the Danish Government, is aiming at facilitating sustainable reintegration of returnees, empowering rural youth by creating climate-smart agricultural livelihood, as well as fostering economic self-sufficiency, and strengthening community residence by reducing irregular migration crisis in Nigeria.
